Active your e-box on myebox.be to receive the documents concerning your vacation pay (statement, tax form, vacation certificates) digitally. You therefore have all your documents in a highly secure and easy-to-access environment.
WORKER'S SPACE
Through this site, you will be informed and updated about the amount of your vacation pay, the date it will be paid, and the number of leave days you are entitled to. You will also have the option to add or modify your bank account details. Your certificates (statements, tax documents, etc.) will be available for download in your personal space.

How to access your personal account ?
Go to the website https://covaworker.socialsecurity.be and select "Citizen". You can identify yourself using one of the following methods:
- The itsme® app,
- Your Belgian e-ID with a card reader,
- A security code via your smartphone/ email.
You don’t have a Belgian e-ID but have a recognized European identification method from one of the following countries: Austria, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Germany, Italy, Kroatia, Latvia, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, The Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden. You can also log in via the "European authentication" (eIDAS) button.
Another option to identify yourself without an e-ID is to request a digital key at a Belgian registration office.
Once logged into My vacation account, you will have an overall view of your vacation rights on the home page (amount, payment, date, certificates).
By clicking on the data, you will have a detailed view of the calculation of the pay, as well as a summary of your services with an employer and the salaries taken into account to calculate your vacation rights.
Please note: The fund is not able to inform you of the amount of leave remaining! Please contact your employer for this information.

Click on the "Profile" menu to access your personal information. On this page, you can enter or update your bank account number. It will be immediately registered to ensure your vacation pay is deposited on time. A bank account number is required to receive your vacation pay.
Important: Any bank account changes must be submitted at least 5 business days before the payment date to ensure the update is processed. This step is essential for receiving your vacation pay.

Have you moved but haven't updated your address with the local authorities ( in Belgium) yet? Are you relocating abroad? Register a correspondence address to continue receiving your mail. Click on the "Profile" menu to access your personal information. On this page, you can enter or update your postal address.

EMPLOYER'S SPACE
The online service "Employer Vacation Account (Vacation File)" is designed to provide employers (or social secretariats) with detailed lists of information regarding the payment of vacation pay for their employees. This service applies to all employers, whether they are affiliated with ONVA-fund or a special vacation fund.
Simply log in using:
- Your electronic ID card (eID),
- itsme®, or
- A unique code generated by your smartphone or email.
In the online service, you’ll find all the relevant information about:
- Holidays duration,
- Holidays pay
- Payment dates for the current year.
This data can be consulted throughout the year and is updated daily.
The online service is intended for employers (and their social secretariats or representatives) affiliated with a vacation fund.

Converting holidays days
The holidays days provided by the fund are always expressed in a full-time work schedule (5 days).
The employer is responsible for converting these days based on the employee's work schedule when taking leave. Legal leave is limited to a maximum of 4 weeks.
