Destijds werden er zes jaarlijkse dagen toegekend. Vandaag is het aantal wettelijke vakantiedagen op twintig vastgesteld.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">De KAS VOOR BETAALD VERLOF van de Belgische Voedingsbedrijven (KBVBV) staat ten dienste van de werknemers in de voedingssector als geheel en in de levensmiddelenhandel voor de aangesloten bedrijven. Ook werknemers in de land- en tuinbouwsector en land- en tuinbouwwerken komen in aanmerking.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">De KBVBV is verantwoordelijk voor de berekening van het aantal vakantiedagen en het bedrag van het vakantiegeld. De uitbetaling van het vakantiegeld behoort eveneens tot haar taken.<br><br><strong><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">WAARDEN<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Solidariteit <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Omdat solidariteit de kern van onze missie is, staat ze natuurlijk ook centraal in onze samenwerking. Solidariteit begint eerst en vooral met welwillendheid en respect voor verschillen. Van daaruit moeten de werknemers elkaar steunen en helpen. Solidariteit geeft vertrouwen en maakt het mogelijk om de inspanningen zo te verdelen dat ze voor iedereen draaglijk zijn. Daar heeft niet alleen de ontvanger baat bij, maar ook de gever.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Engagement <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Engagement vertaalt zich in een hoge mate van betrokkenheid bij het werk. Werknemers die betrokken zijn, hebben \u2018hart voor hun werk\u2019. Ge\u00ebngageerde werknemers zijn vastberaden in wat ze doen, nieuwsgierig en oprecht ge\u00efnteresseerd in alle facetten van hun job; ze zijn bereid om bij te leren tijdens hun hele loopbaan. Deze betrokkenheid versterkt de dynamiek en de samenhang van het team en maakt het mogelijk om de doelstellingen van de vereniging te bereiken.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Eerlijkheid <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Voor ons is eerlijkheid een essenti\u00eble en vanzelfsprekende waarde in de primaire betekenis van het woord. Maar ze gaat veel verder, want ze verwijst ook naar transparantie en openhartigheid. Transparantie wil zeggen de dingen laten zien zoals ze zijn, informatie openlijk delen, terwijl openhartigheid betekent dat je volledig en oprecht zegt wat er is en wat er moet zijn. Op deze manier kan iedereen met kennis van zaken handelen om onze sociale missie te vervullen.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><strong>GOVERNANCE<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">De KBVBV is een particuliere speler op het gebied van de jaarlijkse vakantie van werknemers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">De Raad van Bestuur bestaat uit een gelijk aantal vertegenwoordigers van de werkgevers enerzijds en vertegenwoordigers van de vakbonden anderzijds.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Het controleorgaan van de KBVBV is de Rijksdienst voor Jaarlijkse Vakantie (RJV). De RJV ziet toe op de naleving van de geldende wettelijke bepalingen. Daarnaast verdeelt hij de gegevens met betrekking tot de lonen en de werkuren van alle werknemers, alsook de jaarlijkse vakantiebijdragen van de RSZ aan de verschillende vakantiefondsen, waaronder de KBVBV.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><strong>VBVF<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">De KBVBV is lid van de Vereniging Bijzondere Vakantiefondsen (VBVF).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Het doel van deze vereniging zonder winstoogmerk is met name te fungeren als verbindings- en documentatieorgaan tussen de bijzondere vakantiefondsen, de leden van de vereniging en hun actie te co\u00f6rdineren in hun relaties met de Rijksdienst voor Jaarlijkse Vakantie.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">BIJ ONS WERKEN<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">De werkomgeving is prettig en biedt veel mogelijkheden voor persoonlijke wensen en het nemen van individuele initiatieven.
