Am 27. Juni 1936 verabschiedete das belgische Parlament das Gesetz, das erstmals Anspruch auf bezahlten Urlaub verlieh. Damals waren es noch 6 Urlaubstage im Jahr. Heute betr\u00e4gt die gesetzlich zugestandene Urlaubsdauer 20 Tage.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Die Kasse Jahresurlaub der Belgischer Nahrungsbetriebe richtet sich an die Arbeitnehmer der angegliederten Unternehmen in der Lebensmittelindustrie und im Lebensmittelhandel. Zu den Leistungsempf\u00e4ngern z\u00e4hlen auch die Arbeitnehmer in Landwirtschaft und Gartenbau (inklusive Landwirtschafts- und Gartenbauarbeiten).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Die KJUBN ist f\u00fcr die Berechnung der Anzahl Urlaubstage und der H\u00f6he des Urlaubsgeldes sowie f\u00fcr die Auszahlung des Urlaubsgeldes zust\u00e4ndig.<br><br><strong><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">WERTE<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Solidarit\u00e4t <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Da Solidarit\u00e4t den Kern unseres Auftrags bildet, ist sie nat\u00fcrlich auch das Herzst\u00fcck unserer Zusammenarbeit.  Solidarit\u00e4t beruht allem voran auf Wohlwollen und der Achtung vor Unterschieden.  Dies ist der gemeinsame Ausgangspunkt. Des Weiteren gilt es, sich gegenseitig zu helfen und eine Dynamik des Mit- und F\u00fcreinanders zu unterst\u00fctzen.  Solidarit\u00e4t schafft Vertrauen und Entlastung, indem sie die Anstrengungen auf m\u00f6glichst viele Schultern verteilt.  Sie kommt nicht nur den Hilfsempfangenden zugute, sondern auch den Helfenden selbst.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Engagement <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Engagement \u00e4u\u00dfert sich darin, dass man mit dem Herzen bei der Sache ist und mit anpackt.  Engagierte Mitarbeitende handeln entschlossen und interessieren sich f\u00fcr alle Aspekte ihrer T\u00e4tigkeit. Sie wollen ihr gesamtes Berufsleben lang hinzulernen.  Das Engagement aller Mitarbeitenden st\u00e4rkt die Dynamik und den Zusammenhalt im Team. Es ist ein entscheidender Faktor, um die Ziele der Vereinigung umzusetzen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Ehrlichkeit <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ehrlichkeit ist f\u00fcr uns ein Grundwert und als rechtschaffener Mensch selbstverst\u00e4ndlich. Im weiteren Wortsinn geh\u00f6ren hierzu auch Transparenz und Offenherzigkeit.  Wer transparent ist, zeigt die Dinge, wie sie sind, und gibt offen Auskunft. Offenherzigkeit bedeutet, dass man nicht nur freim\u00fctig und vollumf\u00e4nglich sagt, was Sache ist, sondern auch, was zu tun ist.  So kann jeder nach bestem Wissen und Gewissen aktiv werden und an unserem gesellschaftlichen Auftrag mitwirken.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><strong>GOVERNANCE<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Die KJUBN ist ein privater Akteur im Bereich des Jahresurlaubs f\u00fcr Arbeitnehmer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ihr Verwaltungsrat setzt sich parit\u00e4tisch aus Arbeitgeber- und Gewerkschaftsvertretern zusammen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Aufsichtsbeh\u00f6rde der KJUBN ist das Landesamt f\u00fcr den Jahresurlaub (LJU). Das LJU wacht \u00fcber die Einhaltung der Gesetzesbestimmungen. Au\u00dferdem \u00fcbermittelt das LJU den Urlaubskassen, darunter auch der KJUBN, alle Daten zu den L\u00f6hnen und Arbeitsleistungen s\u00e4mtlicher Arbeitnehmer und verteilt unter ihnen die j\u00e4hrlichen Urlaubsbeitr\u00e4ge des LSS.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><strong>ACSVA<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Die KJUBN ist Mitglied der Vereinigung der besonderen Urlaubskassen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Diese gemeinn\u00fctzige Vereinigung dient insbesondere als Verbindungs- und Dokumentationsstelle zwischen den besonderen Urlaubskassen, die dieser Vereinigung angeschlossen sind.
